You can cancel your appointment (free of charge) up to 12 hours before the service begins via SMS or by calling +420 778 505 004. Otherwise, a cancellation fee will be charged at your next visit according to the following table: Cancellation time / Fee – 6–12h: 50%, 0–6h: 100%. In case of serious reasons, always call us – we will be happy to accommodate you.
